The Way Youth Collective

We are a Christian volunteer-led initiative running 7 youth groups across various Sydney locations under the auspices of the "Family of Nazareth Foundation". Our program serves 56 young people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, focusing on the following themes : youth well-being, leadership development, building resilience and relationship building. Every Friday evening, each group brings together 8 youths plus 2 group leaders who meet in the group leader’s home to unpack the themes through discussions and activities. These programs are made possible by our dedicated group leader volunteers who, without any external funding, personally cover all expenses, including meals, activities and transport. These groups are run across various residential locations including Fairfield, Smithfield, Belmore, Bexley, Concord and Baulkham Hills.
