Hi, I'm Michelle.

I'm a published author, a trusted and respected mentor, and an experienced workshop facilitator.

I have lived and worked in the Richmond/Tweed region for most of my life and have raised three children in the local area. I have a Bachelor of Media and Digital Communications with a focused interest into the effects of new media technologies on all areas of youth development - individual, social and cultural.

I have developed and delivered successful youth programs in the region for over a decade and have been actively involved in organising many creative and community events.

My youth programs and workshops are designed to help young people to:

• build confidence and self-awareness
• identify and develop their personal strengths
• define their goals and aspirations
• overcome restrictive thinking
• create pathways to contribute positively towards their own experience
• nurture their creativity
• navigate the tumultuous landscape of the artistic personality
• engage with, and be actively involved in their local community​

I am especially passionate about inspiring young people to find their voice and tell their stories.
I encourage them to use creative exercises to help them to understand who they are and where they fit -  within their local landscape and the wider world.
